Before Returning Any Merchandise, Please Read Carefully

Good4care is not considered and never offered or intended as medicines or medical treatment for any disease or disorder, either physical or mental. As a Nikken and 4Life distributor do not participate in any diagnosis, prognosis, evaluation, treatment, description, management or remedy of any disease or physical or mental disorder.

Your order has been carefully packed and thoroughly inspected. Please check the contents of this order immediately against the items marked as shipped on the front your invoice. Report any discrepancy or damage within 10 days to Good4care. Failure to report any shipping discrepancy within 10 days of receipt will cancel the right to request a correction.

If you are not satisfied, the product may be returned to Good4care within 30 days after purchase.

Return For Refund Policy

Products may be returned for refund if the product is in resalable condition, stocked and sold by Good4care and returned within one year of the original purchase date. Refunds are based on selling price less the original shipping fee and less a 10% handling fee. Good4care will not accept the return of individual items from a multi-item kit or pack. Products that are used and/or not defective are not eligible for refund. Used or not defective products will be mailed back to you at your expense.

All Returns

For all returns, please contact Good4care for authorization and for a Return Merchandise Authorization number that must be listed on your return package. Returned packages without an RMA will be returned back to you at your expense.

Refused or Rerouting of Shipments in Transit

Any additional shipping charges incurred due to return of a refused shipment or the reroute of a shipment in transit will be charged.
